You can take any cough syrup with ambroxol, codeine -three times a day. Take rest and consume warm liquids. in case of fever kindly consult.

If not diabetic then Grilinctus syrup: 10 ml thrice daily after meal for 1 week If diabetic then : Ascoril D Plus syrup: 10 ml thrice daily after meal for 1 week. For weakness: Uprise D3 60 K cap: 1 cap once a week for 8 weeks and A to Z immune cap : 1 cap once daily after meal for 1 month. Keep her hydrated. Give plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Give soft diet. Regularise sleep for 6 hours
