Sudden swelling in armpit
From the last few days at night there is a pain in the upper chest region just below neck today I noticed a small swelling in my underarm what could it be and there is a ringing sound in one of my ears what could it be ?

A detailed history is needed. The two symptoms seem to be unrelated. They may be two separate problems. You need to discuss it in detail. Is there pain in your underarm? Is the pain pricking type or dull aching? Consult at your convenience.

Kindly show the pic of swelling, is it red? Is it over a hair follicle?
Are you having problem in swallowing the food?
Do you just lay down just after eating the food?
Do you have recurrent Cold and nasal blockage?
