Two days before, I have taken CBC test, in that my platelets counts are in high i.e 578 after that they have again to. Peripheral smear study, I have enclosed that report. Is anything ,serious in the report?

My platelet count is 137 and  iron level is 62.3 ..is it normal or do I need to take medicine .Any precautions in term of  avoiding exercise or work out

I have taken tt injection in July 2021 for wound cut ,again I got small wound cut at toe nail due to collision with wooden chair while shifting.First i clean wound with savlon lotion and applied neosporin ointment.Do I need to take tt injection or no need.

Hi, Last was my engagement day. I am not doing any exercise so last day body movement was more than normal days. Found some of veins on my legs are swelling in the morning. Weakness in both legs and hands. Felling like sick also. Pls suggest what is the reasons. I feel sometime my left side leg vein is damaged. I had covid in Dec'21 and have been having persistent chest pain (below the breast) and breathing discomfort after that. Initially doctors said it will go away in 3 months but it's been more than 3 months. I have taken prednisone, montair, ab phylline, but nothing is helping. All my test reports are normal. My cholesterol level was 267 in April 2021. I checked again in August, it was 234. I ate Atorva 10 mg for three months from August 2021-October 2021. Should I continue to eat tablet.
