Solo can be given for fever age 12 wt 40
Hi my daughter is of age 12 years and weight 40 kg. She has fever 100.7 can I give her dolo 650 mg full tablet at intervals of 6 hrs? Also for stomach pain please advice a generic tablet.

Go for blood test and conform why she has fever . Give tab dolo 500 at 6 hrly . Tab omez 20 before breakfast

Kindly tell if she is having other symptoms such as constipation or diarrhoea.
When did the fever start? What is the pattern of fever? Does she feel nauseated ?
A detailed history is always required in case of a child. Kindly do no take medicines for the symptoms, find the cause.
As of her age and weight, the maximum dose of paracetamol would be 600 mg every 6-8 hours. Kindly take 500 mg dose, as it will be enough.

You should give her Dolo only if she has a fever. And there are tablets 300 mg and 500 mg also available. For her weight 600 mg dose is too much.
