Male age 62 - Fever
My father aged 61 had mild fever around 100 around 3:00 PM. We have given Dolo 650mg at that time. Now the temperature is around 102. Can I give another Dolo now (at 07:00 PM)?

Hello, you can give him. Do tepid sponging n don't let the temperature rise very high. It must be viral so u could wait for performing blood tests on him

You can give him another Dolo. But better thing would be to take him to some General Physician in your area who can examine him and give proper treatment.

Yes you can give. Give XT para 1gm. It will be more effective and do CBC to evaluate cause of fever
