After 5 months of fissure surgery , last 7 days I passed stool 3 times a day. That's why I feel pain and burning sensation in that area. Few days back when I passed stool , little bit blood coming out. From that day I feel pain and burning sensation after passing stool. Sometimes I got constipated. So I am very much concerned what should I do? Before surgery my weight was 70kg. My height is 167cm. But now my weight is 65.5kg. I am taking isabgol( psyllium husk) everyday bed time. I drink plenty of water and eat lots of vegetables. In spite of that I sometimes I got constipated. I missed my old days.( before surgery) should I take rice? I am scared to eat now. How long does it take to heal? Now if I force little bit to push the stool out from that time I feel pain. It is very uncomfortable situation. So please recommend.

I think you should go for a follow up checkup to the respective surgeon who did your fissure surgery and tell him/her about all your complaints. He can suggest you better solutions because he has complete history regarding your concern. This is the best you can do!!
Still If you wish to follow online treatment I have mentioned some medications underneath, You can follow it.
Next Steps
Milk Of Magnesia 1 spoon to relieve constipation
Citrucel (Sucrose) Oral Powder
Anorelief Cream - to be applied on the affected area where pain occurs.
Health Tips
The milk of magnesia syrup is to be taken when required not daily otherwise you might land up having diarrhoea.
Anorelief Cream is also to be appiled when required.
The Citrucel Powder can be taken on a daily basis.
Despite of all the medications given by me if your problem doesn't resolve then please consult to your respective surgeon who performed your surgery.
Every person responds to different medicines differently so always take a caution before taking any medicine.
Hope Your Concern Gets Resolved!!
Do not apply pressure as it may complicate it even more. This is most likely a recurrence of the fissure. If the remedy which you're already taking is not working for you we need to change it. Consult for better management and apt advice.
