Regarding groin buzzling
Doctor,
My husband is 36 years old.. no sugar no bp.. healthy..
From yesterday onwards my husband feels frequent urination in evening time around 7 or 8 (3 or 4times in 1hr) and also he feels like some vibrating sensation near his groin area for 30s to 1min without any pain frequently every 2 or 3 hrs.. . Is it because of stress? He seems to be stressed..
Kindly tell us regarding this whether he need to take medicines or rest.

Frequent urination could be normal in the evening hours in this rainy weather. Anxiety (stress) like you mentioned can also exaggerate it.
I would still recommend the following:
1. Urine routine microscopy + culture - to rule out urinary tract infection (UTI)
2. Diabetes profile
