Is there family history of Diabetes Mellitus ?
Are you over weight at your age of 21 ?
These 2 answers may help in thinking on your query. Blood glucose is not constant and varies with metabolic demand of tissues and intake of food around the check time. Actually after exercise your sugar level should go down compared to that without exercise but then again it depends upon your base sugar level before exercise. At these levels you don't seem to be Pre Diabetic but future scenario depends upon your answer to questions asked above in the beginning.
Do you have a family history of diabetes? It depends on a number of factors. We take 101 to 125 mg/dl as impaired glucose tolerance. Management starts there. There is no need right now. You need to do a number of other things to prevent it to rise any further though. Consult for advice and management.
