Painless lump in Groin area
I felt a lump in the groin area however it is painless unless I touch it. On touching it I feel irritation,I lift heavy weight in gym, can it be because of that?

It can be Inguinal Hernia. Anything which raises pressure in the abdomen, like weight lifting, coughing, straining due to constipation can cause its progression and complicate it. Avoid your gym activities. Get physically examined by your physician and act accordingly. A Truss may help initially but a timely operation of hernioplasty can relieve you of this problem.
