If a person reverses type 2 diabetes without medicine, does it mean he is as fit as a non-diabetic person?

Don't follow any type of superstitions. If a person is k/c/o type 2 D. M. He can bring his sugar level to desired value by following - - strict diet - exercise and - if needed , then medication but that doesn't mean your Diabetes has reversed.

There is no cure for type 2 dm , as sugar levels are within normal range doesn't mean the patient is non diabetic . As Patient will still have to follow life style modifications to maintain those normal sugar levels

have med- low carb ,high protein diet alongwith high fibre daily aeorobic exercise is necessary for atleast 30 mins
