Either you do an lab test of vitamin d3 or if you have any history of fatigue body pain esp. during early morning.
vitamin d3 level- less than 20ng/dl is considered deficiency and between 21ng-to 30ng/dl-considered as insufficiency
its given in the form of granules or tablets of 60000IU strength -once in week for at least 15 weeks .it should be taken with calcium supplement
