Uric acid is high
Since patient is on multiple medications including that of hypertension.chlorethalidone is an diuretic which causes increase in uric acid level
Not sure if it's an acute flare-up or chronic state

According to your sign and symptom and history you are suffering from hyperuricemia so in this case you should take medicine to control your uric acid level.
In the treatment point of view you should take xanthine oxidase inhibitors as allopurinol and
Febuxostat .
