There is no reason that you should have low sugar after 1 hour of meals unless you are on anti glycaemic medication and it is causing hypoglycaemia. Your random sugar too is not on lower side. Unless you have blood sugar less than 60 mg/ dl it cannot be called hypiglycaemia. Show yourself to some qualified physician when you have these symptoms and get examined properly instead of hitting in the bushes here in QnA type interactions.
Your blood sugar report is satisfactory. Now we have to see if the symptoms described by you are often felt by you are felt very frequently or it happened for the first time.
