Hello Sir Madam, I am under vegetarian and strict under diet to IBS symptoms. Hence I am low in energy. Can I take B12 and D Vitamin supplement dose and for how much doses?. Kindly advise.

I got my complete blood test done as a yearly thing, everything is normal. But my serum iron levels are low whereas my hemaglobin is absolutely normal. What are and could be reasons of it. Are there any medication i should be taking or should do a dietary change.

I drank salt water few days back, I got severely dehydrated. I was feeling numb and very less nerve contraction. Now I'm drinking normal water, some electral & glucon d Still some times i get dehydrated, Can you please tell which drink should I take?

I had a Biten by a street dog on leg it was 15 days ago and had taken 3 shots of anti rabies injection from Red cross and 1 shot is yet to take by 11 of this month  today I got wet in rain not fully covered head with a plastic cover Wet but some what body got wet with rain Few of my friends say it's can get dangerous if I got wet in rain Even after Vaccine shot. So Is it really serious issue with rain after dog bite and Vaccination ??? What all are the precautions need to be taken?
