I got my finger burned yesterday..it is happening like this what should I use.i have burnheal.. Is this normal.

10 years ago i got very sick, "fever chills headache fatigue "my eosinophil level shooted up 7 times then normal. Doctors tried several antibiotics but only temporary relief and failed. I was lying on bed for 8 months and on high dose on antibiotics, since then my lever not functioning properly and i urine yellow colour, is my kidney lever affected. What should i do now?

I got my complete blood test done as a yearly thing, everything is normal. But my serum iron levels are low whereas my hemaglobin is absolutely normal. What are and could be reasons of it. Are there any medication i should be taking or should do a dietary change.
