I am taking Nexito forte tablet from last three months I am feeling tired and fatigue I want to know can I stop medicine without consulting doctor?

When I read on Internet the normal range of hb1ac is upto 5.7% but in the report normal range is upto 6% Whereas fasting glucose range on Internet is upto 100 but on report it is 110 Please tell me why it is like that

Can someone please look at these reports and tell me what does it mean? Is this typhoid? If yes, what should be the plan of action.

Sir, since 1 year , sometimes i notice when i sleep and Lay down over bed ...i feel pain or . sometime on my right side of brain when i pressed..it i feel same .Not pain but just some feel..Any serious?

Two weeks before I did a blood test which showed WBC to be 7700 now when I did another test it has changed to 6750 ... Is it normal to experience such a decrease... Or anything serious happening my body ??

I do my lunch at 12 pm / 1pm in  dinner - Rice + Pulses + sabji in little amount after eating i sleep for 1-2 hours and upto evening I feel Dhakar some times and I feel that my food is stuck in stomach that's why i feeling the presence of rice + dal in stomach. Is this abnormal or it is due to summer slow digestion and when I eat something in evening then i does not feel the rice dal in stomach . Why it is so please suggest.
