Doctor i took 2nd intramuscular Rabies vaccine booster dose on 2nd May 2023 along with TT on Day 0 and today on 14th May A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of Rabies vaccine ?

Hello Dr I had severe throat pain ,sore throat,fever body pain ,chills,cough on and off I took augmentin 1/2-1/2-1/2 for 5 days Currently I don't have other symptoms but alot of  throat pain and soreness I'm having a herbal cough syrup and colora gargle I had also lost my voice partially but i recovered not fully though I also tend to get viral v often . Hello doctor, My grandmother had an implant surgery for a fractured thigh bone on 22nd April. After discharge, she was on a medicine course like linezolid, Chymoral forte tablet, Cheri capsule, calcium tablet. Now, the wound is healing and looking okay. Since today early morning, she has got a very high shivering fever of around 102 initially. For which, i had given Paracip 650 and ORS liquid. Fever is going and coming after some intervals. Along with that, Alkasol syrup with water was given once in the afternoon. Currently, she has a temperature of around 102.8F. Please advise and prescribe some medicines for some relief or required blood tests if necessary. Thanks in advance.

For last 1 year I am suffering from left side chest, neck, jaw, hand and leg pain. Pain comes and go all over the day. Did an Ecg which impression was Sinus tachycardia and others are normal. I check my pressure by BP machine: 114/78, pulse rate: 101 108/80, pulse rate: 100 All time pulse rate is high around 100. What causes it?
