Hi, I am 20 years old, I am confused about my chest fat condition whether it is gyno or chest fat.,I am suffering from this for 8 years. I personally checked my chest, there is no lump in my chest, but it is very embarrassing in my day to day life, because it's like female breast. Please suggest a best solution to check it's gyno or not? And Also suggest me the permanent solution of this problem.

I have been prescribed Nexito Forte tablets by my doctor to aid with my sleeping problems. The doctor recommended taking the medication an hour after dinner. However, I have noticed that when I take the tablet after an hour of having dinner, I do not feel sleepy until I eat again. As a result, I end up eating again before falling asleep. I am wondering if it is safe to take Nexito Forte on an empty stomach before dinner? If yes, when would be the appropriate time to have dinner after taking the medication?

Hi doctor, I m experiencing right side groin pain and some times back side pain together .. plz advise

Plz answer this question as bp phobia is taking over my life. my heart reports are normal( 2d echo, ecg, tmt, x ray). and As many say if a person gets high bp it takes a few days or weeks to get back to normal. But what if a person is getting reading like 140-150/70-80 when he had anxiety and then 120-130/70-80 in the next few minutes or next hour and then it stayed in the same normal range. Will these temporary spikes be considered as high bp?? When I visited the doctor my first reading was 147/78 then after 15 minutes it was normal 122/74. So if a person has a real bp then wouldn't it be the same whenever we checked?. My mind is never getting off from bp readings even they coming in normal range i always think what if I have some wrong with my heart or what if my is high when I am not checking. I thought about taking ambp but my anxiety about bp can cause inaccurate reading if I get anxious during 24 ambp day. What to do and how can I confirm that I don't have high bp. plz advice

I have to take lonazep.0.5 and tryptomer 25 after dinner what should be the time difference between these two tablets. for just after dinner tryptomer 25 and lonazep after 10mins is it so?

If any person is a high BP patient and at the same time He/she is suffering from loose motions, then giving ORS  to keep the body hydrated can increase the BP of the patient as There is sodium in the ORS. Any other substitute for ORS that can work good for keeping body hydrated in case of high BP patients.

My mother, who is 72 years old, is experiencing "stretching pain" in her legs. The pain is primarily in her upper thighs and calves. She feels little to no pain while sitting, and she experiences no pain while sleeping at night or in the afternoon. The pain is most noticeable while standing and cooking. Additionally, she feels a sense of heaviness and pain in the morning when she is physically active, and she also experiences pain in her waist. Her sugar levels are high, and she takes medication for it daily, as well as for her cholesterol, blood pressure, constipation, and asthma. During her evening walk on the terrace, she feels a slight imbalance, but she can still walk. She notices that the unbalance feeling disappears when she walks with support. However, there is no pain during the evening walk, as mentioned previously. At night she put on the air conditioner. Is AC the cause of her pain or something else ?

My mother woke up today having blood in her throat, and after some time the blood came out of nose and mouth as well. The blood was in her throat while she was sleeping. This happened for the first time. She use cold water to take in through nose.  My mother has BP but takes medicine so its normal. Why suddenly this happened? And what to do next?
