So I have been having early morning wake ups and have to urinate once. Almost everyday(around 3-4am). So i decided to check my
sugar,
When i did many times the sugar level fasting, comes around 4.7-4.9 but sometimes around 5.5-6.0. I don't wanna end up having
diabetes.
I eat white basmati rice, dal twice a day, morning i eat with some vegetables bhaji and at night with chicken/egg.
Should I reduce eating rice? If yes then what should I replace it with? Also, I do exercise (strength) every alternate 2 days.
And as I stay outside India, I do walk, atleast 2-3kms everyday.
But i eat tea time biscuits a lot, maybe 7-8 a day. Can that be causing high sugar? Per biscuit its 1.4g sugar. So around 10g sugar i eat, and overall sugar content stays below 25g.
Please guide me and help me.
