I know I am not pregnant. But I feel sick almost everyday for a week now early in the morning after my first alarm at 5:30.

Avoid spicy food. Avoid tea or coffee in the night. Avoid smoking. Don't go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a glass of water in the morning and go for half hour walk. These factors may help.

You may mot be having sound sleep in the night. Do exercise regularly. Avoid tea, coffee in the evening. Have a balced diet. Do meditation. Do blood sugar test.
