I have acid reflux and nose block issue from one year . But from last 10 days I have been facing pinning and nerve pulling sensation in my hand , chest and other part of body . It comes and goes then again comes . What might be the issue ?

In my head when I press the sculp perticular one point I feel pain otherwise normal time no pain no swelling no discomfort nothing But only when I press the the perticular place I feel pain Why this is happening
