My doctor has recommended natrise 15 for low sodium ,but I don't know which time should it be given also he is having prostate issue for which he should often went to urinate. Also I heard that natrise also increase urine output so what to do age is 73

Hello Doctor, I (45 yrs old) along with my Parents (67 and 70) are planning for a trip to Kedarnath. We are normally healthy, just that I'm allergic to pollen and dust and so I get seasonal wheezing during Spring season.
