Pimple kind of thing under my left chest

I got this pimple or boil don't know how.. suddenly... At first it was very small then this is the current situation in 7 days ..
There is no pain or itching...
But little pain in left armpit..
There is no lump around and the color of the rest of the breast is normal and same..
Is it safe?
