if one pimple cure another is coming.
He is not eating any spicy or outside food only home food is eaten and also his stomach digestion is proper daily.

forehead acne/ acne occurs due to many reasons. dandruff is the main cause for forehead acne, if you are sufferinf from dandruff you scalpe shampoo and later consult a dermatologist. It might also occur because of junk/ outside food or stress, anxiety and even pollution.

avoid junk/ fried/ fat foods, include berries/ guava/ amla/ oranges/ kiwi/ nuts which are antiinflammatory. have plenty of water. wash your face twice a day and scrub your face with face wash containing salicylic acid if you arrive home from outside.
Give him tab clindamycin 150mg one morning and one evening for 10 days.
Apply Benzoyl per oxide gel 2.5% twice daily for 2 weeks.
Keep face clean and dry, avoid oily skin care products on face.
Avoid spicy, fatty and sugary food.
Stay stress free.
Inform me after 2 weeks, how much it has healed, accordingly treatment can be continued for another 2 weeks for total clearance.

From the images shared, it looks like Bacterial acne/ Acne Vulgaris but a detailed history is required, before making the diagnosis and ruling out other cause as well. As there is associted dandruff, then a different treatment required.

Use supplements, T. VITAMIN C after breakfast and T. ZINC after lunch for 15 days to 1 month.
Keep the forehead sweat and oil free, regular two times a day face washing, also these acne can be due to use of helmets or objects tight fittings used along the forehead, if keep cleaning the area multiple times
Change your bedsheets and pillow cover atleast once a week.
As you said, there is no outside food intake, and only home made food is preferred, in home made too note for particular food items which are triggering the acne, and completely try to avoid them.
And limit butter, ghee, opt for MUFA and PUFA oil in limited quantity
Limit dairy products
Take high fibre diet, and complex carbohydrate foods
Limit and avoid highly sweetened and sugared foods, go for fresh fruit juices preferably citrus fruits.
