Hi Doctors, I am having balance issues and dizziness from 2 months so I consulted 3 Doctors all said it is cervical spondylosis. How much time will it take to get better as I'm getting irritated because I am feeling being pushed while walking. Does cervical spondylosis cause balance issues/dizziness? Thanks and Regards.

I have bacterial infections in my ears and urine that haven't gone away even after taking antibiotics. I want to take nootropics to improve my cognitive abilities for my studies, so I plan to talk to a psychiatrist.
