After suffering from the fever for 10-11 days, my sister took PCM 650 and antibiotics to help her get better(with doctor consultation). Now that she's still feeling the effects of the fever,her energy levels were significantly depleted, leaving her feeling exhausted and fatigued. Even simple and minor tasks now require a considerable effort from her due to her weakened state. I'd like to know what foods she should eat, if there are any vitamins or supplements she should take, and if she needs any tests to fully recover.

My B12 levels are in 232 (range being 211-940). The doctor prescribed Nervijen Plus. Can Becosules be used as a substitute for that? In a few months, we may even start family planning so folic acid tablets were also advised.
