I have fever from last 1 day and I've been taking Dolo-650mg dose. But my fever didn't come down and so everybody around me suggested me to take paracetamol instead. So should I switch the medicine or should I wait till 3 days of proper dose. Can you respond quickly as I have my exam day after tomorrow and I am feeling so weak that I can't even get up from the bed.

DOLO 650 and paracetamol are the same. Please ensure that you take only 1 when fever is above 100°F and after a meal.
