Fever and weakness
I have fever from last 1 day and I've been taking Dolo-650mg dose. But my fever didn't come down and so everybody around me suggested me to take paracetamol instead. So should I switch the medicine or should I wait till 3 days of proper dose. Can you respond quickly as I have my exam day after tomorrow and I am feeling so weak that I can't even get up from the bed.

You should go to a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and further management. In a case of fever the main thing is to decide whether you need antibiotics or not. That can't be done without seeing the patient.

Thanks for reaching out.  DOLO 650 and paracetamol are the same. Please ensure that you take only 1 when fever is above 100°F and after a meal. Take care.
Next Steps
Consult doctor if fever is more than 3 days or any other complaints are present along with fever.
