Hi,
I had cough from last five days and Friday I had fever of 103 degrees with severe cough and headache. I had blood test on Saturday and attached results. Doctor prescribed medicines and antibiotics(ceftriaxone maczone 1g)through cannula. I still have sore throat today and is not reduced after using medicines. Should I worry about dengue? Doctor asked to have tests again on Tuesday.

Since your reports are more or less vague and may indicate an infective cause of the disease, there may be other causes, including dengue. But till now this doesn't seem to be a possibility much. Still your doctor is right to order tests for tuesday to see whether you have improved by taking the medications.
Don't worry about dengue because it will automatically be noticed when further tests are done. And antibiotics are a part of the treatment for the same.
Take care.
