Can i take antirabies after 20 years of dog scratch from teeth- (blood was there). But so many years are passed so need to confirm if injections are needed or not. It makes me anxious now with negative thoughts now

Vaccine isn't needed post 5 years of exposure, you may take a pre exposure one though 3 doses.

20 years back bite doesn't need anything, the longest duration is 12 years median is 5
Practically it is of no use to take Anti-Rabies vaccine 20 years after the dog bite. If the virus was so weak that it couldn't cause a disease in 20 years then it is acting like a vaccine (attenuated virus)
