Cough congestion fever stomach growling
I have cold cough congestion and fever, also upset stomach. Stomach has been growling and no proper stools since last 2 days. I have taken fever n cold tablet. I feel like eating sweet if I eat anything else I feel a little nauseous. I feel like rushing to the washroom but again it's just gas
