My husband's age is 33, he just got diagnosed with high TSH level 6.13 micro litre /ml ( Normal is 0.35-5.5). And also higher cholesterol levels. What precautions he should take, does he start medication for Hypothyroidism or not?

Prostate is enlarged in size and heterogeneous in echotexture 44.0 cc and no evidence of any focal lesion seen. And he had no symptoms, so is this report is concerning.

In my LFT test everything was normal except serum GLOBULIN is 4.3 g/dl and A/G ratio is 0.8. Do I need to be concern about this ?

I have not tested my vitamin B12. But because I don't eat much of fruits and vegetables and also stopped drinking milk due to irritable bowel, I had a concern whether I might have vitamin deficiency and physician prescribed becosules capsule for one month. I have taken becosules for 2 days now and today I am having a throat irritation and a mild dry cough and throat irritation making me feel like coughing. Can this be a side effect of becosules? Should I continue becosules? Earlier I had allergy to Dobical capsule ( calcium dobiselate) . A bit confused about whether to continue becosules or not. Hoping for suggestions. My heamoglobin is normal.

I have referred online and offline consultations several times, referred to internet, doctors but get conflicted answers. I kind of developed an OCD of rabies since everyday we have monkeys on terrace and dogs near the house, on roads daily. I had taken 5 doses in 2017 and again in  Oct,2021 (full courses). Since then as I am also posted in rural area, I had taken 3 booster ARVs in July 22, 3 doses again in Nov 2022, 3 doses in March 2023, 2 doses in July 23 and now 2 doses in August 2023 (02 and 05 August). Won't I even have protection for 3 months after boosters? I was told by one doctor I consulted that one is protected upto 2 years after primary vaccination by minor bites/scratches and several said to take 2 booster doses each time. I am afraid of non bite exposures usually. Can some infectious disease expert please tell me if one can get infected, if a few drops of saliva of monkeys fighting, eating on trees falls in eyes or face or if street dogs sneezing just near or beside us?

These reports are after 1year10 month of subtotal gastrectomy for stage 2 stomach cancer. These are ultrasound reports of follow up. Are these finding are concerning.
