I have left side ribcage and below chest bone from more than 15 days there is no any other symptoms kindly advise the reason and remedies for it

I had pain in my upper body for the last three months. Consulted many doctors they said that it's muscle strain. Applied many medicines too. Slowly the pain subsided almost but now I have three swelling like regions in my back which pain every now and then. It pains more when there is pressure on those areas. Why is that happening? Is it serious or just muscle sprain not fully gone? Please help me.
