I feel very tired and very very sleepy that i cant keep my eyes open but when i try to sleep i cant sleep After longs hours even if i sleep i get up in every 30 mins. Any doctors advice will be appreciated

On 13 may i was diagnosed with hepatitis A virus and jaundice occured with bilirubin 6 then gardually it decresed and came 2.4 again on 14 june bilirubin level went to 7.2 ...what to do ??? Is something serious???

My son 7 years old got up with pain on left side of neck and unable to tilt his head left side. I have applied topical cream but nothing changed and hes not moving because of fear of pain since morning. He usually changes his position in sleep a lot and moves a lot and could be a neck sprain.
