Hello sir My sister delevered baby boy 2019 oct now she was again 9th month running her eyes date shows 14th August 2023 can she wait for getting pains for normal delevery till that or scezarian is best option pls advice 1st delevery is scezarian Fetal left renal pelvis 10mm left hydroneprosis as per bio scan pls suggest any complicated to delevery to mother or baby Advice for normal delevery or scezaeian pls suggest as a personal opinions thankyou

Despite of regular walk,not eating junk foods,depend on light vegetables and simply moongdal ,no rice why I am suffering from constipation and obesity.my lipid profile,BP,sugar ,thoyrides is normal.my height is 5'6" weight 130 kg but no pains in any part of body. Various ayurvedic and prescribed allopathic medicine and churna tried but no permanent solution obtained.i am milk intolerant also. Please guide me accordingly.thanks

We all had taken Hepatitis B vaccination in 2000, 0,1,6 (Serum Institute one), but I had taken the fast track 0.1.2 and one dose again after 1 year and again one dose after 8 years (All Engerix B) as mentioned in leaflet of Engerix B at the time. Are we still protected against Hepatitis B? Is my 80 year old mother still protected too? She doesn't have any immunosuppressive disorder. She has Hypo thyroidism, hypertension and diabetes but all well controlled.

My SGPT level was 210 two weeks back. Four days back I had again checked it was 121, today again I checked it is 132. Why is it fluctuating?? I am under these medicines  1. Jitliv XP 2. Satmax 3. Obetohep-10. My sonography is normal.

I got injured on hit by wood in upper side of chest.Now, when I press hard into the area I can feel 0.25 cm wide and 10 cm long lump on doing physiotherapy. Also that hard lump inside chest feels very much tender on pressing hard into the chest.X ray report is normal.So, physiotherapy guy was saying might be nerve bruise.So, my doubt is if nerves is bruised will it heal and how many months will it remain tender or that lump is just Muscles inflammation or ribs callus.I asked my local doctor but he does not say anything and just prescribed some pain killer myscles relaxant and homeopathic tablet and breathing excercise.

Dear doctor I am suffering from grade 1 alcoholic  fatty liver with high colestrol and trygrierides so I was tensed so I went to a gestroentrologist he had done my lft, ultrasound, endoscopy and also fibro scan I have done all as Iam not financially strong still I have managed but had given medicine also adefresh 400 2 times, colospa x2 times ,gut fast and signate so I have taken for one month I can't afford so much on such tablet so I have consulted another doctor he had told me that in my condition I don't need such tablet only maintain diet less carb no added sugar no processed food packed and junk food less oil health lifestyle and exercise daily for 50 min 4 times a week told me to take salad, fruits, coconut water curd that's all and loose weight He have given me some tablet which I can afford Tab.Tonact Tg once daily after dinner for 1month Tab Meganeuron OD Plus once daily after dinner for1months UpriseD3 60000units once week for 8weeks Tab supracal please help Sir what to do🙏
