It's been more than 2weeks but on and off I have stomach pain on the left side, had many medicines but of no use... what should be the next step ?

আমি অফিস যাবার পথে ট্রেনের মধ্যে হঠাৎ করে শরীর টা কেমন একটা করে হালকা হয়ে যায়, জল তেষ্টা পেলেও কাওকে বলতে পারিনি।হঠাৎ করে ট্রেনের মধ্যে অজ্ঞান হয়ে পড়ে যাই। প্রত্যক্ষদর্শীদের বিবরণ অনুসারে আমার হাত পা সোজা হয়ে যায়, চোখ উল্টে যায় আমি সম্পূর্ণ শরীর ছেড়ে দেয়।তারপর তারা জল হাওয়া দিয়ে জ্ঞান ফিরিয়ে আনে।তারপর আবার ট্রেন থেকে প্ল্যাটফর্ম নামাবার সময় নেমে আবার অজ্ঞান হয়ে পড়ে যাই।আবার জ্ঞান ফেরে এরপর আমি নিজে আমার ব্যাগে থাকা একটা মিষ্টি খাই , তারপর আস্তে আস্তে সুস্থ হয়ে উঠি।স্টেশন এ ফার্স্ট এইড গিয়ে প্রেসার চেক করে দেখি 110/60।আমার সুগার নেই।সেদিন বাড়ি থেকে পুরো ভাত না খেয়ে তাড়াতাড়ি বেরিয়ে পড়ি। আমি ECG করিয়েছি রিপোর্ট নরমাল।সুগার ও কোলেস্টেরল চেক করলাম রিপোর্ট নরমাল।আমার বিগত কিছু দিন ধরে উদ্বেগ ভুগছিলাম।
