UTI infection
Greetings Doctor, My father was diagnosed with Acute ischemic brain stroke on 31/ 08/23 and was discharged on 5/09/24. After roughly a month i.e day before yesterday he had a fever (100-101), Consulting a Physician He Suspected Dengue or UTI, also gave some medicines and Has Suggested Some Tests for further Evaluation. Today in the morning my father had a temperature of exactly 97°F and also pain in urinary tract is less. The Reports has also arrived (Sample was taken yesterday) CBC Tests TLC-20.40 Segmented Neutrophils- 86.90 Lymphocytes- 7.70 Eosinophils- 0.20 Neutrophils- 17.73 Platelets- 172 Haemoglobin- 14 Urine Examination Test Pus cells- 72.80 Bacteria Rod- 243.90 Please Suggest what could be the possibilities

Mostly UTI But repeat CBC again, and if nausea or vomiting is there,weakness is there, possibility of dengue.. Consult with fresh CBC
