I had gotten a bit soaked in rain 3 days ago. From that day onwards, I have been having a persistent mild-to-medium headache. The headache is mostly felt on the temples on both sides. Sleep reduces the pain temporarily but does not relieve me of it. There is no accompanying fever. My appetite and thirst are both low. I haven't tried any medication till now. Kindly advise.

I am having this problem since three years last year I get it check and I was diagnosed with uti so i was prescribed fosfomycin sachet, will I took it but it didn't relaxed so I get to my doctor again he said you should try to ignore this sensation, but I still feel this urge to pee all the time, I feel like I should urinate and when I do I feel relaxed but as soon as I m done peeing this feeling comes again, what is happening?
