Sir/ mam initially I got antral gastritics and rut positive, for this doctor had prescribed hpkit for 14 days and then some tablets again for 14 days . That time I had severe acute stomach pain at left lower abdomen and heavy gas bloated before one week. For this doctor prescribed cect abdomen I have taken and doctor informed nothing to worry all are normal mild liver abd spleen size only  increased. Now I am having only mild stomach burning and mild stomach pain after eating . But I want a advice how to control this liver size and spleen enlargement . How to control this . Please advise precautions. Life style modifications needed and thank you very much for your support

My father had one unit of blood transfusion yesterday which was completed at 05:08 PM. He is doing well till now. But, he takes Erythropoietin injection per week and this week's schedule lies ahead of him. Should he take the injection today or postpone the injection of this week? Kindly let me know. Thank you.

My husband got routine blood test. Cbc, renal, liver ,lipid, tsh profile is normal. Has homocysteine above 65, vitamin D 13, crp 2.80. Vitamin b12 is normal. No complains. Is there anything to worry with regards to high levels of homocysteine n crp? His weight is 82kg n vegetarian. Please advise

I have been suffering on and off bouts of breathlessness for last week and dizziness and lightheadedness. I take metoprolol and olimsartan for my BP and rapid heartbeat for last 2 years which is under control I have a CBC on 10th June in which Hgb was 13.4 and platelets counts were 233K and I had a report on 16th June the platelets counts reduced to 176K and Hgb 12.2 ( though both the reports were from different labs) Is something serious like aplastic anemia? I have an issue of GERD and IBS as well

In my whole blood test report Below two are showing higher than the reference. My RBC is 5.03 against ref 3.8-4.8 My Renal phosphorus is 5 against ref 2.5-4.5. My cholesterol is 123. How can I bring them both to normal Is there any issues with my kidney because phosphorus is higher? Creatine, urea, uric are normal. Pls advise. I take Concor 5 AM and temla 20mg for my BP.

I had continuous hiccups for the last 24 hrs, however while moving out to visit the doctor the hiccup stopped by itself. Temperature is 100.2F. I have similar hiccups every year since 2019 that lasts for 24-48 hrs and then stops by itself. Each time the temperature was in the range of 100-103F. Haven't ever consumed alcohol and smoked. Had tried all home remedies like breathing slowly, having sugar, gargling, holding breath, valsalva maneuver. Is this due to some underlying issue ?
