I had covid infection in first wave Then I have done hrct and my score was 1 After that i had lung pneumoniae bacterial infection I want to know my lungs damaged again or not Can i do once again hrct scan?

My mom is eating only rice meals all 3 times a day since 1.5 year because she had esophagatis and stomach GERD problem. But suddenly she had dizziness and burning sensation while urinating since 1 week so we took blood test after and found she has sugar level increased. Her BP also usually increases when she is anxiety. Now she dont know what to do. She unable to take Sugar or BP or any other medicine except GERD because of her stomach issue. Doctor, please tell me lifestyle and dietary and habit changes so my mom can easily recover her sugar level control and keep her BP normal and as well as keep her GERD Issue solved without taking any medicines. (She is already on continuous medication of Ganaton Total PPI since 1.5 year because of GERD) (Other medicine cause her severe stomach problem so she don't take any other medicine except GERD medicine) Suggest what food to eat? And what food to avoid?

I had chest injury 2 and half month ago near end of chest and end of pectoral area.My x ray report is normal but have hard lump inside muscle which is painful to touch.Is that callus or Muscle knot or something else and how long it will remain painful. My orthopaedic doctor is asking to take Nimesulide and paracetamol tablet for 20 days to remove the pain.
