Need help sir/mam
I have dengue like symptoms before my platelets is 120000 after few days my platelets 63000 last time I checked my platelets it's 157000 and now after today I checked it's 130000 why it's decreased my dengue report negative please help me am feel weakness and fatigue too much and why my platelets decrease after increasing please help me

Platelets reports can vary sometimes when the platelets gets clumped due to which the machine isn’t able to read them as platelets. So nothing to worry. But if your dengue report is negative, nothing to worry. Be watchful for any bleeding.(don’t panic) Take dolo 650mg sos as it might be post viral myalgia

It can be dengue , the reports doesn't come postive in first few days.. platelet can go down in any viral infection as well.  Do not panic Take adequate fluids and stay hydrated Take rest.
