I got a cut from an aluminium tin which was kept in a dirty place which is prone to dust and soil..do I need to get a tetanus shot ? P.S. I got my last tetanus shot nearly 8-9 months ago after I was cut with a rusty nail. Thank you

There is a pea size lump near my anus opening(nearly 1-2 inches far from anus opening) from 3 days, its painful when i get up or sit or use the toilet but then it doesnt hurt to much when i walk around.

I have been getting a throbbing headache at the top of my head for 3 days. Shoulders feel tired too. My university started three days ago and it is hectic. It's 9-5, but we only get one hour break, and we need to walk 3-4 kms to go from one dept to another. Whenever I move the headache starts. Is the headache because of exertion or because of something serious?

Platelet  reduced from 604 lakh to 531 lakh within 14days after   taking iron supplements (livogen tablet )is this reducing platelet by tablet because of iron deficiency or in essential thrombocytosis also platelet reduce by iron tablet ?  ...

I get these episodes after a last year incident. I got tested for heart (echo, treadmill test and ecg) it was normal and Brain (mri) it was also normal. One of the doctor suggested me to take ethilaam 20 and it would be better, but It made more worst. It starts with this 1) Stressful situation 2) I start to  sweat 3) diziness ( lightheadedness ) I won't lose my conscious 4) Nausea 5) Heart rate palpitations 6) High bp 7) after 10 mins I'll be fine. Consulted many G.Ps and psychiatrist no one could solve my problem. Please help. 🙏
