I got my health checkup detail...I am 35yr old female 86kg wt with 5.2 ft height.. Kindly check and advice me what is better fr me..pcos and fatty liver drade 1, mild splenomegaly diagnose in ultrsound.

As you have pcos it leads to unintentional weight gain due to insulin resistance
Conversely weight loss can improve your pcos symptoms
There is recommendation to start metformin for pcos but only after thorough medical evaluation
Reports show raised lipid levels which can be managed partly by diet and partly by medication
Grade 1 fatty liver doesnt have any immediate significance
