Interpretation: You have high triglycerides, low HDL, and moderately raised LDL, all of which increase cardiovascular risk. Lifestyle changes are strongly advised (diet, exercise, no smoking/alcohol, etc.) There is a mild elevation in liver enzymes, especially SGPT, which suggests some liver irritation or stress. This could be due to: • Fatty liver (especially with your lipid profile) • Alcohol (if consumed) • Medications • Viral or metabolic causes (less common) Advise: 1. Repeat liver enzymes after 2-3 weeks with fasting and no medications/ alcohol 2. Get ultrasound (USG Abdomen) done to check for fatty liver 3. Lifestyle changes: • Reduce fried/fatty food and sugar • Exercise 30 mins/day • Add fiber, fruits, oats, lean proteins 4. Check HbA1c and Fasting glucose if not done, as this pattern also suggests insulin resistance
