I am on the following BP medications - Concur AM at bedtime My BP is under control and my last echo and ECG was also normal. Lipid profile is also normal. My doctor has also asked me to add Telma H in the morning because I am overweight. I don't want to take more medications , is there a benefit to add this.

For those who have Vit-D deficiency , doctors generally prescribe Vit-D supplement..!!! I have read somewhere that the supplements don't provide proper benefits as the natural Vitamin-D does in the body...Is it true..??? Are supplements trustworthy..??? I am also under Vit-D medication for 3- 4 months,taking Uprise D3 weekly as prescribed. Do these supplements help to provide the needed benefits like the natural "sunshine" vitamin does in the body..??? Plzz reply..
