On September 25th, a dog bit my leg, causing minor bleeding from his teeth. I've already received three doses of the rabies vaccine, but I didn't get a tetanus vaccine because I had one on September 7th, just a month ago, and the doctor said it would be effective for 6 months. Do I still need to consider getting another tetanus vaccine? These days, I'm working in the jungle and occasionally get small cuts on my hands. Should I be concerned about tetanus again, given the dog bite on my leg and the minor bleeding that occurred?

Yes if you had proper primary immunization with T dvac then a booster every 2 years will be sufficient to serve the purpose.
But for post exposure prophylaxis of Rabies you need to complete the primary immunization with 5 doses as per schedule and then booster every 2 years as recommended for veterinary/ Forest workers
