Dog bit me three years ago
A dog bit me three years ago . I haven't got any anti rebise vaccine then and till now . Now after three years am I at the risk of getting rebise ? I am very tensed because of this . Please help me . The dog was domestic but don't know the was vaccinated or not. The dog bit my fingers of right hand . Please also tell that now can I get vaccination for that bite . there is no symptoms till now.

No, u don't need to do anything now. Rabies if it were to acquired from dog it will get into a person within a day to a week or two. Nothing to worry for now.

Dont worry , According to World health organisation , usually we can wait for 2-3 months on an average for symptoms to start but maximum 1 year.. there is no point you will get Rabies after 3 years..

Don't worry. Rabies can't happen after 3yrs of bite.
