My father age is 73 years he is having telma ln 40 , glycomet trio, for bp and sugar. From some days he is having cold symptoms like watery nose,cough and complaining he is not getting enough sleep at night from last few days . Earlier doctor suggested him zebig 0.25 for sleeping,  can I repeat the same now for lack of sleep pls tell

My age is 27 , I have got allergy , so I have taken ige test , it came around 172 IU/ML, is it normal or need to worry on it , please advise.

Is it a problem if it is in 0.01 levels? What about the interpreting on of other inferences as well. Please help me understand.

I have a fever like temperature from past two days and little dizziness. I went to hospital and my temp was 98 yesterday and got injection and tablets. The bitter tounge does not go at all. The dizziness sis increased a lot compared to yesterday. Not sure how to check this and symptoms.

My dad is a chronic drunkard. He lost his leg 15 yrs before in an accident. He uses stick under his shoulders to walk. He was fine until he met with an accident recently. It caused mild brain injury and fracture in his shoulder. He recovered from both. Surgery was done only to treat his shoulder fracture and plate was put in. He was fine and after 3 months from recovery, he started drinking alcohol as before. We couldn't control him. No medications work out. He had been treated my a psychiatrist to get out from this habit for so many years but no use. He had stroke with excessive consumption of alcohol before days. Had been treated and he couldnt walk now. Again he started drinking now. When we restrict he defames every one of us, shouts and tries to get out of home. We all are tired in controlling him. How can we stop him doing this? Its evident that hes going to lose his life if he consumes further but we couldnt stop him. kindly advise.

Hello Doctor, my wife 27 years age has extreme stomach pain, she had loose motion . Doctor prescribed yesterday : Cap VSL 1 TAB daily Festal N 2 Tab daily Pegclear syrup 20 ml She has still stomach pain. Kindly suggest, are these medicines sufficient for her? Thank you.

I have been prescribed with the medicine as mentioned, on 26/6/2023 and was advised to undergo CBC, malaria, and dengue test if situation doesn't improve in 3 days. Yesterday 29/6/23, I underwent the test for malaria (came negative) and CBC (results are as mentioned), dengue IgM (report yet to be obtained). Today is the 6th day of onset of complications. During this period I was having headache, fever, body pain, weakness. From last 12 hours all these symptoms are gone but I am having itching all over the body since yesterday.

Iam having narrow and sticky stools and burpings frequently I had peritoneal tb and took medicines for a year iam cured now but I am having thin and paste like stools always and iam not having bowel movements like before What can be the cause and what to do sir/madam?
