My total thyroid removal surgery was done on 30 May . After I hv calcium issues. Now I'm on medicine Shelcal and rocaltrol 3 time in day. My recent blood test calcium is 9.1, and ionized calcium 1.01 . Last month also ionized calcium level 1.01. It's not improved. But total calcium is improved. But I still feel lip twitching, Tingling in hands and feet. So what to do.

Dear Doctors, Iam suffering from cold , iam checking with pulse oximeter it shows saturation 98 and 99,heart rate 80 to 90 and by bp is 130/80. But I observed there is pulse wave form in the oximeter changes like some times small traingles and some times normal and some times big traingles , is there any issues with pulse wave form.
