Feeling left hands muscle strain with normal pain last one year and left chest discomfort last one year and last three months feeling slightly unsteadiness without vertigo

Hello Doctor, I have some health issue without able to find what exact issue, when i touch my biceps , under ties, under arm  muscle I feel something inner muscle layer cut like , I have muscle tone reduced and weight got reduced even I am in diet control avoid white rice , diebetic started hba1c 6.3 , fasting 100 and post 180 , I consult nephrologist did test mostly no issue but urine firmy and no protine loss, kidney is fine and suggest to check romatologist he did some ANA TEST AND FEW TEST IT WAS NORMAL ,refer neurologist ,but issue is in under muscle if I touch I can feel it on those area so my muscle tone is not stable its like drain something from body muscle , its similar like inner muscle something its cut like . Please suggest what test cane be done

Dear doctor sir since 3 days I have  cold (blocking nose)  sputum with cough, and after having food discomfort in stomach along with vomiting sensation please suggest the medicin.

My father age about 73 years is suffering from runny nose,cough ,watery eyes, along with fever around 103 yesterday today it is 101 after taking calpol 500 in interval of 6 hours...he is having blood pressure and diabetic, is blood pressure was yesterday 160/80 and sugar pp is 190 he is on glycomet trio, met xl trio,a and telma ln 40 ,also silodosil d for prostate ... Due to fever he is having weakness is there any medicine for weakness or any saline which does not affect pressure

Is there anyway i can a medical certificate for my stress issues i had before which made me down few days?

My father age is 73 weight around 50 kg is having blood pressure and diabetic ,bp around 160/90 and sugar pp is 190 as per today...he is currently on both medicine but from yesterday he is having fever around 103 with continuous running nose and watery eyes with cough so doctor has prscribed medicine but one doctor has advised him vitaresp fx and other one prulastin m now I am confused among these two which is best for him according to age ,also he is having prostate problem and urine leaks more after taking antihistamine,I have given yesterday and day before yesterday prulastin m but it doesn't control his problem shoul vitaresp fx can be given

Am male 30 years. Take Rosuvas 20 every day for high cholesterol. Kindly check my ECG am to much worry about it. Is it ok or any heart related problem is there??? kindy tell me sir.

My fathers platelets are 1.3 ..b12 ,folic acid ,platelet cell fraction test ,hbsag and hcv are all normal but his esr is 17 ...he is diabetic also what has to be done
