My doctor prescribed methylphenidate sr inspiral 10mg and 20mg But when I went to medical only 20mg available It's methylphenidate sr inspiral I want to know can i take 20mg methylphenidate sr half by breaking it? Doctor said first week take 10mg But 10mg tablet was not available
