Hi Everyone, Is 145/90 bp is abnormal for my mother with age 57. She felt dizzy last night. Tested bp this morning.

I am personally experiencing head ache in the past one year continuously. Sometimes occurs with neck pain. I am having pain mostly in scalp,forehead and sides of the head. Sometimes the pain occurs in back of the head as well as eyebrow point and also pain in face and eyes. I want to know the exact reason

I am addicted to the mobile phone for the past four years continuously . I am using the phone continuously 16 hours a day. That's why I'm experiencing headache neck pain,back pain, anxiety ,hand and eye pain etc., I am unable to get over it. What should I do get rid of this addiction. I am afraid this may cause serious health problems.

I had idly sambar in morning . Noon I'm not much hungry so I had one pear and one pink dragon fruit . After 2 hours I felt mild stomach ache and like wann go washroom initially it's normal next time it's in pink color and just pouring . I had dragon fruit earlier times but this kind never experienced this. What can be wrong ? Any medication ?

From last 5 days I'm suffering from breathing stuck issue facing issue in deep breath taking many time felt it stuck and even breathless also feel many times a day ..it started 5 days before when I'm taking lunch...my spo2 99 pluse also under 100 ...bp also quite normal ...it start when I wake up most bother in when I'm taking fast bathing eating and some more activity ...even when I lie down in bed changing postion sometime cause symptoms...I felt left side little pain...ECG is normal sinus tycadgeia found ...I'm taking medicine but not helping...xray also normal ...what can cause it I don't know...kindly advise something...yawing whole day to accompany breath stuck...
