It is four months since your dog was bitten by a stray dog . By now your dog would have developed Rabies if he had got infected that day.
However, when it is your own pup, how does it matter whether you observe him for 10 days or 10 months ?

Hi my suggestion is that you get your dog vaccinated against rabies.
Did the street dog die or act mad when it bit your dog 4 months ago? Chances are that you don't know.
But your dog seems to have been normal till now. So chances are that he doesn't have rabies.
But get him vaccinated every year. It's a must for pets.
