Fever is a major symptom in 85% and then rest. Usually rising titre is conclusive of typhoid. If you notice red spots on your body then the diagnosis become certain. But still if you feel symptoms are troubling you a lot then go for t. Azithromycin 1gm followed by 500mg od for 5 days. Azithromycin is an amazing drug for typhoid.
